I'm professional astrologer, and multi-faceted coach (and former acupuncturist) using a myriad of powerful strategies to help people reinvent their WHOLE life: Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Some of the tools in my toolbox are: Evolutionary Astrology, Precision Health coaching, transformational 3P coaching, medical astrology, guided breathwork, and various divinatory systems.

My coaching and astrology work revolve around helping clients gain a deeper understanding of how to take care of and express their totally unique selves— body, mind, and soul.

I’m a Transformative Coach

My coaching philosophy is grounded in “The Three Principles,” an understanding which, once grasped, changes lives. It changed mine, so I dove into getting certified by Michael Neill in his Supercoach Academy. I’m head-over-heels in love with this coaching work and how it transforms people’s experience of life.

I’m a Triple-Certified Health Coach

In addition to a Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a rigorous 4 year program, I have certifications from: The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Journey Of Intrinsic Health, and the cutting edge Precision Health Alliance.

I’ve devoted the last 30 years of my life to understanding how to be healthier, more creatively alive and lower stress. “Stress” is something I’ve become something of an expert at reducing.

I’m an Evolutionary Astrologer

The last 30 years of my life have been laser-focused on understanding the patterns and movement of nature's cycles and life force energy. Everyone and everything is designed with energetic patterning & I'm diagnostically obsessed with seeing clearly how energy shows up in everyday life. So obsessed. I also help teach aspiring professional astrologers at The Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology.

I’m a Breathwork Facilitator

Certified by many different teachers- Jon Paul Crimi, Jay Bradley, the O2 Collective, and Kundalini University- my breathwork philosophy is “your breath can break through anything.” Any kind of breathwork is good for you. Just do it as much as you can, at whatever level you find yourself. When I tried breathwork, it created a massive shift in my own life. It changed how I felt in my body, how I was able to be present in the world. It removed blockages I didn’t even know were there. I’m in love with breathwork and how it transforms how people feel, on so many levels.
