The Astrology

I trained in Steven Forrest's evolutionary framework, which means I'm reading your chart to show you the patterns your soul came here to work with. Including the blindspots & meaningful challenges creating friction right now. We also look at where you might be headed next. Clients come away with a deep, precise understanding of their gifts & what they were born to express in their life, and the wide range of amazing possibilities available to them now and going forward.

The COACHING

My coaching is grounded in the Three Principles and I' m certified through Michael Neill's Supercoach Academy. The Three Principles as established by Sydney Banks is the fastest, most direct path to clarity & inner peace. Upon this clear foundation, I work strategically & creativity with clients to unleash their potential in the world in tangible, achievable ways.

Health Work

I hold a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Journey of Intrinsic Health, and the Precision Health Alliance. Thirty years of studying the body (what stresses it, what restores it, what your physical patterns are actually telling you) is woven into everything I do. Feng Shui design is often a part of a person's wellness plan & I have multiple certifications and years of expertise in creating healthy, beautiful homes & work spaces.

BreathWork

Your breath can break through anything. Breathwork created a massive shift in my own life, clearing blockages I didn't know were there and changing how I felt in my body from the inside out. I'm certified through Jon Paul Crimi, Jay Bradley, the O2 Collective, and Kundalini University, and I bring breathwork into both group settings and individual work.

The Earth Medicine

Microdosing and plant medicine are gaining serious traction in clinical research and mainstream wellness. When approached with proper education, and ongoing support, earth medicines can support profound and lasting shifts in mental health, physical wellbeing, and quality of life. I trained with Kayse Gehret through her Microdosing for Healing professional facilitator program, one of the most rigorous & respected in the field.

THE FULL STORY

Thirty years ago I discovered Chinese Medicine and thought it was the most extraordinary holistic philosophy I'd ever encountered.

So I got a Master's degree, built a private acupuncture practice, and spent 13 years helping people reconnect with their body, mind & spirit.

Then in 2019 I came across the Three Principles (the teachings of Sydney Banks) and felt that same pull. Another profound discovery. I pursued it wholeheartedly, certified through Michael Neill's Supercoach Academy, and fell completely in love with this work and how it quickly transforms people's experience of life, no matter how difficult, dark or confused one feels.

Just when I thought I was done, I was pulled back to my roots in holistic wellness, this time through the health coaching door. Three certifications, three different approaches, all ways to understand and guide others to peak wellness.

Then came two years of deep study with two different Feng Shui masters, weaving my Chinese Medicine understanding and interior design background into how I work with people's homes and spaces. And finally breathwork. A way of breaking down barriers in the body, moving through old, debilitating blockages and settling into a state of profound peace.

The through line in all of it: I look at people through one integrated practice. I guide people home to themselves, so they can perform at their most potent sustainable level.
